Context
SYGPoint is a web application built around loyalty points and the rules and flows that support them. In this kind of product, balances and application state must remain consistent across the experience; even small discrepancies can undermine trust.

Worked on the platform with a product-oriented perspective, building web application features across the frontend and supporting services.
