Context
SNS24 is an essential platform for accessing public healthcare information and services in Portugal. During the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly with the introduction of the vaccination certificate, traffic increased considerably, making clarity, stability and reliability even more important.

Built frontend and backend features for public healthcare services, including work related to the COVID vaccination certificate experience in a high-demand production environment.
