The Oeiras work covered institutional portals, public content and agendas managed through Liferay. Because non-technical teams needed to keep those pages updated, the components had to accommodate changing content without allowing complex, content-heavy layouts to break.

Oeiras 27 was Oeiras’s bid to become a European Capital of Culture. The Portuguese title for 2027 went to Évora, so the campaign site (oeiras27.pt) is now offline. The Web Archive snapshot in the Links section preserves its content, but script support is limited and some interactions may not work as expected.
