Aloja
Shopify storefront for Aloja Ceramics, a Madrid studio creating custom pieces for chefs and hospitality professionals, alongside collections for the home through Lojita.
Context
Aloja Ceramics began in 2020 from an interest in design, cooking and objects made slowly by hand. The studio works with chefs and hospitality professionals, producing pieces for daily service and custom projects. In 2025 the brand expanded with Lojita, a line of standard collections for the home, while also offering rentals for events and productions. The storefront needed to connect those audiences without losing the tactile identity of the work.
What I did
I created the Shopify storefront end to end, translating the studio’s visual identity into a video-led homepage and structuring the brand story, collections, showroom and contact paths around discovery and purchase.
Technical work
Shopify theme customization with an editorial, image-led direction, a video hero and responsive commerce patterns. The homepage deliberately gives the making process visual priority, accepting a higher performance cost for that atmosphere.
